Individual therapy

What is Individual Therapy?
Individual therapy—also called psychotherapy or talk therapy—is a collaborative process between you and a licensed mental health professional. In regular one-on-one sessions, we work together to better understand your concerns, identify patterns, and develop healthier ways to cope, grow, and thrive.
Every session is tailored to your needs and goals. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all—and your treatment plan will be as unique as you are.
What Is Individual Therapy Used to Treat?
Individual therapy is used to treat a wide range of emotional, mental health, and behavioral challenges. It provides a supportive, one-on-one setting where individuals can explore personal concerns, gain insight, and develop healthier ways of thinking and coping.
